  • Evaluate subordinates' performance and makes recommendations for pay increases, promotions, terminations, and other personnel actions.

Base: $130,880.00 - $196,320.00; Bonus/Equity: discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards; Benefits: medical, dental & vision coverage; 401(k); life, accident, and disability insurance; and wellness programs.
