Job Summary
Performs patient care-related duties and clinical functions as assigned, including performing and documenting point of care, vital signs, EKGs, bathing and other sanitary needs of patients.
Completes all documentation such as height, weight, intake of fluids and food, output of urine/stool/vomit/other drainage, and blood glucose results in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
