Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or STEM
4-6+ years finance experience or 3+ years as investment banking associate
FINRA licensed (SIE, Series 63, Series 79)
MBA preferred but not required
Experience with sell-side and buy-side M&A processes
