The Senior QA Consultant is responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and reliability of technology solutions by defining, executing, and continuously improving testing strategies.
This role combines strong experience in software testing, specialized knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, and leadership in test automation and quality metrics initiatives.
As part of quality management, the role is also responsible for the definition, monitoring, and analysis of QA metrics and KPIs, such as test coverage, defect rates, automation efficiency, and release stability.
