5-7 years Product Development process knowledge
Financial skills in product cost structure and payback
Experience managing OEM/OES projects
Design to Cost methodology application
Nice-to-have
Experience in Quality, Process, Sales, or Purchasing functions
Concept competition participation for customer orders
Strong English language proficiency

Key Requirements
