Job Summary
You will provide holistic social work support to ITE students-at-risk and will be part of the professional team, working with students and their families, community partners and relevant stakeholders within ITE.
Some of the tasks which you are expected to perform include: Engaging and connecting with students and their challenges, Providing case assessment and goals/outcome of the work with students and their families.
Collaborating with relevant stakeholders (e.g. departments within ITE, government and community agencies) to provide holistic care and support to students.
