  • Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership, product managers, and UX designers, the Lead Analyst will define data requirements, architect reporting frameworks, and translate complex datasets into compelling, actionable narratives that directly influence the Pro Product strategy.
  • Utilizing expert-level SQL, Python, Tableau, and emerging AI technologies, this role will champion data-driven problem-solving, spearhead innovation (including AI/GenBI integration), and establish the gold standard for analytics governance and knowledge management across the team.
