Base: $18.27 - $26.00 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for weekly, monthly, or quarterly bonuses based on new move-ins and performance; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) match up to 6%, Paid Time Off, Sabbatical after 10 years
