Job Summary

  • As the Member Retention Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for RT Health members in the contact centre, promoting RT Health products and services, saving existing members who have indicated they wish to cancel and win back members who have left the fund.
  • This is a permanent, full time role working Monday to Friday, with hybrid working available, offering flexible working arrangements and a 50% subsidy on HCF hospital and/or extras cover.
