Job Summary
The Business Operations Director is a leadership position responsible for driving operational excellence in the planning and execution of critical tasks to optimize the performance of BeOne’s in-market portfolio.
This role leads the coordination and execution of projects to ensure the effective delivery of internal and external initiatives and events, monitoring performance, timelines and budget and resource management.
Additional responsibilities include providing operational support for congresses, events, and training programs, and ensuring timely follow-up on leadership team actions.
