Job Summary

  • As a Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will implement the building blocks of the 'Samen Steeds Beter' way of working designed by the Continuous Improvement team for your responsible Business Unit or business unit.
  • You will be responsible for sustainably improving performance by focusing on process improvement, chain optimization, and developing a continuous improvement work culture, with an emphasis on achieving performance objectives for both customers and ERIKS.
  • ERIKS offers attractive primary and secondary employment conditions, including 25 vacation days + 12 ATV days, a profit-sharing scheme up to a maximum of 18% of your annual salary, and a good pension scheme.
