Job Summary
The Staff Component Validation Engineer is the technical owner for ensuring assigned hardware meets all GM technical, reliability, regulatory, and program requirements through robust analysis, development, and validation.
The role requires the candidate to lead the creation of and approval of component validation strategy and plans, reviews and approves supplier validation, and drives issue resolution through DV/PV and VTC/VDC milestones.
This position enables a hybrid work environment, allowing employees to work at a GM facility or off-site as frequently as needed or desired, with a requirement to be onsite monthly.

Proven ability to work with suppliers and cross-functional teams
