Job Summary

  • The Lifecycle Manager will provide strategic and tactical lifecycle support, manage lifecycle funds, ensure contractual compliance, and work closely with SPVs to identify potential lifecycle surplus drawdowns.
  • Key responsibilities include monitoring LC funds, scheduling LC works with minimal disruption, optimizing subcontractor spending, managing condition surveys, compiling reports, and attending meetings with banks and SPV representatives.

  • High level of administration and organisational skills
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • CDM Regulations compliance
