  • Conducts OASIS initial nursing assessments
  • Develops individualized plan of care
  • Performs direct nursing care procedures
  • Updates primary physician every 60 days
  • Instructs and supervises home health aides

Nice-to-have

  • Prior home health experience preferred
  • Minimum two years nursing experience preferred
  • Good clinical judgment and assessment skills
  • Proficient in computer documentation skills
  • Ability to provide own transportation

Key Requirements

  • Current Missouri RN Nursing License in good standing
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • CPR BLS certification with American Red Cross
  • Must be able to lift 75lbs
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays
