The primary purpose of this role is to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Maintenance Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards.
This position ensures that the facility is maintained in a safe and comfortable manner while coordinating maintenance services with other related departments such as Dietary and Nursing.
Candidates will be responsible for participating in facility surveys conducted by authorized government agencies and developing plans of correction for any maintenance deficiencies noted during these inspections.
