Must-have

  • English-qualified solicitor or foreign-qualified lawyer
  • 4-8 years PQE experience in PE
  • Demonstrable experience in private equity transactions
  • Ability to lead private equity deals for fund clients
  • Familiarity with key PE drafting and market practice
  • Strong project management and delegation skills

Key Requirements

  • 4-8 years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE)
