Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • BS in engineering or related discipline
  • 5+ years biopharmaceutical manufacturing experience
  • 3+ years project management in biologics/GMP
  • Hands-on experience with Lyophilizers and isolators
  • Experience with aseptic/sterile filling machines
  • GMP pharmaceutical operations support

Nice-to-have

  • OE and/or LEAN Methodologies knowledge
  • Experience with parts washers and autoclaves
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and AutoCAD
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years GMP pharmaceutical operations support
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex priorities under tight timelines
  • Prior hands-on experience in design and troubleshooting of commercial drug product systems
