Job Summary

  • As a Director, Human Resources supporting Alcon’s Research & Development (R&D) and Business Development & Licensing (BD&L) functions, you will be trusted to align and implement HR strategies and processes to meet both strategic and operational business needs, while advising executive leaders on organizational and people-related matters from our site in Fort Worth, TX.
  • In this role, a typical day will include: Providing leadership with consultation and support across the spectrum of talent management, including selection, assessment, succession planning, development, engagement, and retention.
