Facilities management in commercial real estate
Technical problem-solving skills
HVAC and electrical systems knowledge
Preventive maintenance planning
Service Level Agreement compliance
Vendor management and coordination
Nice-to-have
Experience in diplomatic environments
Building Energy Management Systems operation
Energy conservation implementation
Additional mechanical or architectural knowledge
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Key Requirements
Minimum 4 years facilities management experience
Practical knowledge of electrical, HVAC, fire protection systems
Experience with preventive maintenance programs
Experience coordinating work based on SLAs
Class 3 Chief Electrical Engineer certification (preferred)
