Key responsibilities include assisting with personal care, measuring vital signs, observing skin conditions, and ensuring resident safety during transfers and daily activities.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist residents with daily hygiene and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs like TPRs
Maintain strict patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Perform safe lifting and transferring techniques
Nice-to-have
Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Participate in shift meetings to improve services
Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Ability to work collaboratively with inter-departmental teams
Key Requirements
Must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant license
