Key Requirements

  • 4+ years field experience in PV or PV+BESS O&M
  • 2+ years senior technician role in O&M
  • 2+ years experience in energy corporation/utility
  • 3+ years technical training/curriculum development
  • Robust experience in project management
  • NABCEP Certified preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering and expertise
  • Certified on 2+ central inverter manufacturer training
