Key Requirements

  • High School diploma/GED
  • Two (2) years of general experience
  • Enroll in certified CHW Training Program within 45 days
  • Completed certified CHW training program
  • Four (4) years of experience as a CHW
  • CHW certification from ARCHWA
  • Nine (9) years of experience as a CHW
