The incumbent must assist residents in achieving independence while providing support for anxieties, stress, and coping with physical disabilities or illness.
Key responsibilities include coordinating outpatient appointments, maintaining progress notes, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Social Work (BSW)
One year supervised social work experience in healthcare
State social work licensure (LSW, LMSW, LCSW) if required
Completion of mandatory in-service trainings including HIPAA
Ability to interpret written and oral instructions
