Key Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months experience in long-term care
  • Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician license
  • DEA License
  • CPR BCLS/BLS certification
  • Master's Degree in Nursing
  • Completed accredited Nurse Practitioner program
  • One year neurology experience
