Provides direction and oversight for the daily maintenance and repair functions for the Jerome Schottenstein Center.
Manages all staff and contractors responsible for maintaining the HVAC, electrical, refrigeration, steam plant, plumbing, ice sheet, and related systems and equipment.
Responsible for scheduling of building systems for daily and event operations and monitors alarm systems for emergencies.
