Job Summary

• The Program Coordinator shall plan, implement, and coordinate holistic programs for residents in the Memory Support Assisted Living, developing varied therapeutic programs that meet residents' physical, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual needs.
• This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and leading programs that enrich residents’ lives, contributing to new resident orientation, and supporting community outings.
• The role requires interaction with residents, families, guests, and staff in a positive, supportive role, and flexibility with work assignments, other departments, and schedule changes.
