Salary
Base: $144,300 - $216,500 USD (Atlanta); Base: $137,100 - $243,600 USD (Other US locations); Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants

Must-have
10+ years Payroll and Stock Administration experience
Deep knowledge of global payroll operations
Expertise in equity-based compensation RSUs ESPP Options
Proven Workday HCM and Payroll deployment experience
Strong understanding of SOX compliance and statutory audits
Nice-to-have
CPP CEP or CPA designation preferred
Experience with AI-driven equity forecasting
Passion for being a Workday power user
Track record of leading digital transformation shifts
Ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
10+ years progressive experience in Hire to Retire lifecycle
Essential experience deploying Workday HCM and Payroll
Preferred CPP, CEP, or CPA professional designation
