Base: $144,300 - $216,500 USD (Atlanta); Base: $137,100 - $243,600 USD (Other US locations); Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants

  • Deep knowledge of global payroll operations
  • Expertise in equity-based compensation RSUs ESPP Options
  • Proven Workday HCM and Payroll deployment experience
  • Strong understanding of SOX compliance and statutory audits

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 10+ years progressive experience in Hire to Retire lifecycle

  • Preferred CPP, CEP, or CPA professional designation
