Job Summary

  • As an Agile Coach, you will be responsible for the adoption of Agile within AIA Malaysia, working with individuals, teams, departments, and the organization as a whole.
  • You will provide hands-on support, coaching, mentoring, and education to foster Agile processes, cultural change, and mindset shifts across all levels.
  • You will develop and implement a strategy for organization-wide Agile adoption, focusing on collaboration, transparency, flexibility, and empowering teams to deliver quality products.
