Job Summary

  • As an apprentice within the IT System Support Team, you will work in a supported learning environment to develop skills and knowledge which will assist in completing a relevant qualification.
  • Gain skills required to carry out first and second line maintenance on any equipment as contracted to The Project at any time.
  • To constantly improve performance through training and experience and to minimise downtime on Fault Incidents and action Support Requests.
