Job Summary

• The Manufacturing Unit Leader will have overall ownership of production, processes, and people included in the respective Manufacturing Unit and will be fully responsible to deliver upon SQDC targets, to eliminate losses in the area through BD Excellence and to grow the capability of the team.
• This role requires spending more than 50% of the time on the production floor overseeing activities within the manufacturing unit and ensuring compliance with BD quality systems, policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
