Job Summary
The Histology Technician shall provide timely and courteous service to patients, physicians, and hospital staff by performing Histology procedures accurately and efficiently.
This individual shall detect and report unusual conditions to supervisor while demonstrating knowledge of histologic techniques, principles, instruments, and their relationship.
The position requires sitting for 80% of the workday with occasional exposure to hazardous chemicals and infectious disease.
