7+ years of experience in Total Rewards or compensation
3 years of experience at a startup
Direct experience managing compensation models across US, Brazil, and India
Knowledge of global mobility and immigration processes
Knowledge of managing global benefit programs
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
