Key Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Total Rewards or compensation
  • 3 years of experience at a startup
  • Direct experience managing compensation models across US, Brazil, and India
  • Knowledge of global mobility and immigration processes
  • Knowledge of managing global benefit programs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • CCP, GRP, CEBS, or GPHR certification a plus
