Job Summary
The primary purpose of the Activity Assistant is to assist the Activity Director run a creative and interactive activities program that meets the physical, mental, and psychosocial needs of each resident.
This role involves participating in planning and conducting individual, small and large group activities as well as assisting in communication between employees, residents, families, and community stakeholders.
The position requires assisting with development of monthly activity calendars, maintaining attendance records, and supporting discharge planning and resident assessments.
