Structure and manage transformation projects with a risk management approach, accompanying and securing transformations by integrating change management strategies from the outset.
Develop commercial strategies, contribute to the development of ETI accounts, and actively participate in the development of the Technology Consulting practice.

Active participation in commercial development in a consulting firm
