Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 7+ years of progressive HR experience
  • at least 5 years in a similar role within an international organisation in Nigeria
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, SPHR) is a strong advantage
  • In-depth familiarity with HR practices and labour regulations in Nigeria
  • Demonstrated ability to lead HR strategies
  • Proven success managing union relationships
