Job Summary

  • You will lead the Franchise plan & strategic priorities, including appropriate resource planning and assignment of responsibilities within team, ensuring strong collaboration across the cross-functional team, alignment to brand strategies and tactical plans and delivery of results.
  • You will coach, lead and develop team of Brand Manager, Field Force Managers, and – as second line manager – Key Account Managers, and facilitate strong engagement.
