JobDescription: -Overallresponsible for all operations components of the department to ensureefficiency and effectiveness of operations -Responsiblefor the development and implementation of F&B's annual business plan andmedium-long term strategies, as well as establishing key performance objectivesto ensure that meet business targets and drives sustainable, profitable growth -Ensurethat operational standards are met in regard to sanitation requirements, foodsafety regulations, operation license and loss prevention -Maintainand develop high standards of operations in restaurant by ensuring all SOPs arerelevant, up to date, trained effectively and operationally delivered. -Participatein Marketing activities to ensure maximum exposure for restaurant, includingthe development and implementation of the annual and monthly promotionscalendar. -Drivehigh levels of guest satisfaction through the consistent execution of brandstandards, visible operational leadership, and hands-on interaction with guestsand team members.
