  • The Risk and Compliance Leader will lead the global Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) program and will be responsible for defining, governing, and continuously improving Applied Materials’ end-to-end TPRM program across procurement and commercial third parties.
  • This role provides enterprise oversight for third parties and ensures a consistent, risk-based approach to third-party onboarding, due diligence, contracting handoffs, ongoing monitoring, issue management, and offboarding.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in procurement, contracting, compliance, audit, or risk management
  • Deep understanding of procurement processes, contract law, regulatory compliance, and third-party risk
  • Experience with procurement systems (e.g., SAP Ariba), risk tools, and data analytics platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or related field
  • Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CCEP, CTPRP) preferred
