Oversees the full lifecycle of plumbing and sanitary construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with building codes . They act as the central point of contact between clients, contractors, and site teams. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed construction plans, timelines, and work schedules. Lead the "full spectrum" of project management, from engineering design to final testing and commissioning. Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project costing in real-time, prepare monthly progress claims, and manage variation orders (VOs) to ensure profitability. Site Supervision & Safety: Enforce safety protocols (e.g., OSHA), conduct site inspections, and ensure site teams follow the latest approved drawings. Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate daily with main contractors, architects, consultants, and local authorities to align project goals and resolve technical issues. Resource Management: Plan manpower allocation and order necessary materials and equipment to prevent delays. Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including permits, submittal logs, daily logs, and project close-out documents like operation manuals. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of plumbing and sanitary systems, building codes, and regulatory requirements. Some roles require a Registered Licensed Plumber status. Project Management Tools: Proficiency in software like AutoCAD, or Revit. Experience: Typically requires 5–15 years of relevant experience in plumbing construction, depending on the seniority of the role. Leadership: Ability to lead multidisciplinary site teams and resolve unexpected delays or technical conflicts. Certifications: While not always mandatory, professional certifications from the Project Management Institute (PMI) or similar bodies can enhance career prospects
