Job Summary

  • The role acts as a key design and governance authority for Technology managed service offerings, ensuring that services are scalable, repeatable, commercially viable, and aligned with agreed methodologies and quality standards across territories.
  • End‑to‑end ownership and governance of client activation, solution activation (including solution design & delivery) and engagement activation activities from a process and methodology perspective for a generic technology managed service.
