Must-have

  • 4 years technician or field service experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Troubleshoot complex medical imaging equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance on surgical systems
  • Comfortable with regular travel across territory

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with orthopedic anatomy and surgical protocols
  • Familiarity with FDA 21 CFR and CGMP regulations
  • Ability to read schematics and engineering drawings
  • Previous experience in medical device industry
  • Strong analytical and communication skills

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of technician or clinical field service experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Unrestricted US work authorization required at time of hire
  • Bachelor's degree in Bioengineering or related field (preferred)
