Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3 years Norwich Inspector experience
AS13001 and AS9117 training completion
FAIR approval and dimensional checking
Braze weld solder certification required
Tuesday to Saturday work schedule
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of electrical test methods
Experience in self-directed team environment
Familiarity with 5S and lean manufacturing
Strong analytical problem-solving skills
Ability to coach others on leadership behaviors
Key Requirements
High School Education or GED equivalency
DMIR qualification approved by FAA
Certification for braze, weld, and solder inspection
U.S. Person status (Citizen, LPR, Asylee, or Refugee)
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
