  • Track, record and respond to complex requests for IT technical support from Executive staff and other users, including PC and Mac hardware & software, mobile devices and peripherals.
  • Assist Level 1 and 2 Desktop analysts with troubleshooting issues and collaborate with 3rd level support teams on highly complex issues, while thoroughly documenting procedures and creating Knowledge Base articles.
