The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents while supervising the day-to-day activities of nursing assistants.
The role requires ensuring all nursing personnel comply with written policies, federal regulations, and the Nursing Service Procedures Manual to maintain quality care.
Employees must participate in facility surveys, develop quality assurance programs, and manage medication administration including narcotics and automatic stop orders.
