Job Summary
The Change Readiness Director role is part of the Strategy, Portfolio, & Operations organization and focuses on enabling adaptable and empowered R&D teams through learning, development, and business readiness.
This role drives organizational change by leading strategy, development, and implementation of improvement programs and transformations that enhance performance and efficiency at an R&D-wide level.
The Change Readiness Director works closely with senior leaders and employees to prepare the organization for continuous evolution and successful adoption of R&D strategic initiatives.

Pharma R&D experience preferred
Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus
