The role involves defining, reviewing, implementing, and overseeing the IWMF-wide Workplace, Health and Safety (WSH) strategy and Operational Excellence.
Responsibilities include planning, developing, and executing a comprehensive WSH roadmap, ensuring adherence to safety laws, and driving employee engagement for safety awareness.
