Key Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering
  • 8-12 years experience in Lean/continuous improvement
  • Solid knowledge of industrialization principles
  • Experienced in project management
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent influencing skills
  • Proven coaching and training competencies
  • Fluency in local language mandatory / English negotiation level
