Job Summary

• The Field Engineer is responsible for all field operations in their assigned area, including installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, and billing, striving to maintain and improve customer satisfaction and maximize business growth and profit.
• The Field Engineer will work to improve technical skills, including clinical knowledge of assigned equipment, to support the effective operation of healthcare services in medical institutions, including commercial proposals, and gain customer trust.
• The Field Engineer will collaborate with the assigned sales representative to contribute to market share gain through services and build good relationships with partner distributors to develop business rooted in the region as a business partner.
