Site Reliability Engineering are responsible for delivering continuous improvement, automation and self-service offerings to operational teams across Bank EMEA and Securities International.
The role involves developing software to make infrastructure services self-managing and self-service while improving system performance and reducing manual tasks.

PowerShell, Python, C# scripting skills
Clustering and High-Availability techniques
Performance tuning and monitoring

Kubernetes and Docker container orchestration
Cloud computing across Azure, AWS, GCP, Oracle

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive and motivated approach
Ability to handle pressure during outages
Experience with Ansible Tower and AWX
Key Requirements
Experience with Microsoft Windows Server technologies
Proficiency in scripting languages including PowerShell, Python, and C#
Knowledge of Agile, SRE, and DevOps principles
Ability to perform root cause analysis on incidents
Experience with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines
Strong understanding of security and auditing in regulated environments
