Oversee the creation of trade marketing and merchandising toolkits tailored for key retail accounts and educational outlets.
Develop insights into the sell-through and overall program performance for executed account-specific programs, comparing results to comparable competitive programs in retail and educational outlets.

Salary
Base: $73,500.00 - $136,500.00 salary per year; Bonus/Equity: annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards; Benefits: health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.

Key Requirements
At least six (6) years of experience in account management, sales, and/or retail marketing
At least two (2) years of experience in comics publishing and/or retail sales
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Intermediate to Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office software and Adobe Creative Cloud software
Ability to travel as needed approximately 15% of the time
